1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the HGA Academy mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this app. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Registration Requirements
To use the app, you must register by providing a valid email address and a valid mobile phone number.
3.2 Verification
You will receive an OTP (One-Time Password) on your mobile number for verification. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3.3 Account Security
You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Subscriptions and Payments
5.1 Subscription Requirement
Access to unlimited daily quizzes and the complete premium content requires a valid subscription.
5.2 Subscription Terms
Amount and Validity: Subscription fees and validity periods are determined by HGA Academy and may be changed at any time without prior notice.
Medium and Exam Check: Before subscribing, you must verify that the subscription matches your preferred language medium and exam.
No Refunds: Once a subscription is purchased, the amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.
5.3 No Validity Extension
The subscription validity period cannot be extended for any reason. Whether you use the subscription actively or not during the validity period, the expiry date remains unchanged.
5.4 Pricing Changes
Subscription prices may increase or decrease at any time. Changes will apply to new subscriptions only and will not affect active subscriptions.
6. Device and Technical Requirements
6.1 One-Device Policy
Your subscription is locked to the mobile device on which you first activated it. The app will not work if you attempt to access it from a different mobile device. The app will not work on emulators or virtual systems.
6.2 Internet Connection Required
This app requires a compulsory and stable internet connection to function. If you do not have an internet connection, the app will not work. You are responsible for any data charges incurred from your mobile service provider.
6.3 No Liability for Technical Issues
HGA Academy shall not be responsible or liable for any technical problems you may experience, including but not limited to app hangs or freezes, system crashes, app crashes, data crashes or data loss, slow performance due to network issues, or any other technical malfunctions. By using the app, you assume all risks associated with technical issues.
7. Force Majeure
HGA Academy shall not be held responsible or liable for any delay or failure in performance of our app or services caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of God, war, terrorism, government actions, power outages, internet service disruptions, strikes, pandemics, or technical failures beyond our control.
8. Content and MCQs
8.1 All questions and MCQs provided in the app are for reference and practice purposes only.
8.2 We do not claim that these questions will appear in any future recruitment examinations. The content is based on collected MCQs from various sources, previous exam patterns, and AI-generated content.
8.3 While all uploaded questions are reviewed by masters, errors may still occur. You can report issues using the "Report" button provided next to each question. Our expert team will verify and update the content accordingly.
8.4 Current affairs MCQs are based on the time period when the exam was conducted. You are advised to create separate notes to update these questions according to the present scenario.
8.5 Our MCQs are collected from various sources and some are AI-generated. We have not copied content from any specific book or online source. If you believe any content infringes your copyright, please contact us.
8.6 HGA Academy reserves the sole and absolute right to modify, delete, or add MCQs at any time, without any prior notice to users. You shall not claim any refund or compensation based on content changes.
9. Referral and Reward Points
9.1 Earning Points
You may earn reward points when someone you referred purchases a subscription through your referral link.
9.2 Variable Bonus Amount
The referral bonus amount (points) is not fixed and may change at any time without notice.
9.3 Redeeming Points
Reward points can be redeemed for monetary value equivalent to the points earned. There is a minimum threshold of 500 points for redemption. If your points are below this threshold, you cannot redeem them. The redemption value may be subject to change.
10. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, features, and functionality of the app are owned by HGA Academy or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute app content without written permission
- Reverse engineer any part of the app
- Use the app for any commercial purpose without authorization
11. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to bypass the one-device restriction
- Share your account credentials with others
- Interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality
- Submit false reports about MCQs
- Use automated means to access the app
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HGA Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of data or profits, technical issues including app crashes, service interruptions, content modifications or deletions, or claims arising from use or inability to use the app. Your sole remedy for any dispute with us is to stop using the app.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold HGA Academy harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the app or violation of these Terms.
14. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting in the app. Your continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karnataka, India.
